From the Airport
Brisbane Airport is located seventeen kilometres from the city's cultural hub of South Bank, and services direct national and international flights daily.
The Airtrain service operates between Brisbane Airport and the BCEC in

Public Transport
A comprehensive network of trains, buses and CityCats (ferries) link the Centre with Brisbane city and suburbs. Translink tickets are the best way to visit and travel around the city. Visit the Translink website for more details.
Train
The closest train station to the BCEC is South Brisbane, only a few minutes walk away.
Bus
The closest bus stop to the BCEC is the Cultural Centre station.
CityCats (Ferries)
The closest stop to the BCEC is South Bank Ferry Terminal on the Clem Jones Promenade, 500m from the Grey Street Entrance.
Taxi, Rideshare & Car Hire
Taxi ranks are located outside the Centre's main entrance on Merivale Street, with a taxi drop off also available at the Grey Street entrance, which is the entrance for this event. Taxi phones that allow free calls to Yellow Cabs or Black and White Cabs are available at the information desk in the Grey Street main foyer.
There is only one dedicated drop off/pick up zone for ride shares, which is on Merivale Street. Otherwise, rideshare drivers will need to find a safe, nearby passenger drop-off area closer to the main entrance on Grey Street.
Drive
If you decide to rent a car for your stay, plan your visit and check out the car
parking options at BCEC before your event. They provide 24 hour undercover parking with a total of 1,500 parking spaces.
Car parking spaces are available in Car Park 1, Car Park 2, and Car Park 3, which are located adjacent to the lift lobbies. The Grey Street entrance is the event entrance, and Russell Street Walkway is the closest adjoining street, providing access to Car Park 3.
