Please note:

  • All cancellations and changes to registrations must be made in writing to Wise Connections at antimicrobials@wiseconnections.com.au.
  • Attendee substitutions, from the same organisation, or amendments to registrations may be made up until COB Friday 6 February 2026 and will be subject to a $66.00 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made up until COB Sunday 11 January 2026 will receive a refund less a $176.00 administration fee.

Payment

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment can be made online via credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Please be aware that a 1.5% credit card fee applies to all payments by credit card.

To enquire about payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please email antimicrobials@wiseconnections.com.au.

If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons, you must first notify your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to process the charge to Australia. 

Please note that charges to your credit card will appear as being from "Wise Connections" on your bank statement. Delegates who have not paid will not be provided access to the Meeting.

Registration Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged, and a tax invoice will be emailed to you once you have finalised payment of your registration. If you do not receive confirmation, please email antimicrobials@wiseconnections.com.au or call +61 3 9885 6566.
