All cancellations and changes to registrations must be made in writing to Wise Connections at antimicrobials@wiseconnections.com.au
Attendee substitutions, from the same organisation, or amendments to registrations may be made up until COB Friday 7 February 2025 and will be subject to a $55.00 administration fee.
Wise Connections is the appointed Professional Conference Organiser and is the merchant charging the registration fees for Antimicrobials 2025 on behalf of ASA.
By purchasing a registration, you agree to transfer the total due via credit card which will be charged and
"Wise Connections" will appear on your credit card statement.

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment can be made online via credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Please be aware that a 1.5% credit card fee applies for all payments by credit card.

If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge to Australia to go through.
Please note that charges to your credit card will appear as being from "Wise Connections" on your bank statement. Delegates who have not paid will not be provided access to the Meeting.
