How to get there

Public Transport
You can take train or tram to the Crown Promenade.

The most direct route to Crown Promenade is via tram:

By Tram:  

Stop: 124A – Casino / MCEC / Clarendon Street  

  • Tram 12 (Victoria Gardens / St Kilda) – runs along Collins / Spencer Street
  • Tram 96  (East Brunswick / St Kilda) – runs along Bourke Street / Spencer Street 
  • Tram 109 (Box Hill / Port Melbourne) – runs along Collins / Spencer Street 
Accessibility:

Tram 12 is not accessible, however Tram 96 & 109 have accessible stops within the CBD area.

Train

Flinders Street Station is a 15-minute walk via Queens Bridge or walk across the foot bridges that cross the Yarra and continue along the Southbank Waterfront. 

Southern Cross Station is a 15-minute walk to the Crown Promenade.
Alternatively, you can catch the 96 tram (towards St Kilda) on Spencer street or the 109/12 tram (towards St Kilda / Port Melbourne) on Collins Street. 

Accessibility:

All trains are accessible. However, if you use a mobility aid, you will need to wait at the top of the platform, in the direction of the train.
